Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and polite. The rooms are not big, but ideal for a stay. Heating, hot water, cleanliness, terrace - everything was fine. Breakfast very good and a large selection, dinners very well selected, sufficient and tasty. The fireplace and lobby are very cozy, fruit snacks and water are fully available for guests. The wellness area is very nice. Well-located and practical room for ski boots, parking lot right in front of the hotel, ski bus stop next to the hotel.

(08/02/2023)The hotel is intimate with a beautiful design, the wellness offers a great selection of outdoor and indoor jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor saunas, the gastronomic offer is simply fantastic - hearty breakfast and sophisticated dishes for dinner (starter, soup, main course and dessert). the location is very good - behind the hotel there is a river with a wooden bridge where you can walk. You can reach the slopes and Tatralandia by ski & aqua bus, which runs every 20 minutes - the stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

(06/11/2022)Very pleasant hotel at a standard, beautiful interior with a restaurant, excellent food and kind and helpful staff. A beautiful, clean wellness center with a relaxation room. The hotel is really excellent and we would recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for adults.

The environment is absolutely fantastic, Demänovka right behind the room creates a romantic atmosphere. The cleanliness, silence and size of the apartment are absolutely perfect. Luxury breakfast. Perfect service.

(28/08/2022)It was love at first sight. From entering the hotel to leaving the hotel. Whatever we asked, or whatever we asked for, we got. Exactly what we needed to make our stay more pleasant. Extremely accommodating staff, very friendly and helpful hotel employees, whether at the reception, in the wellness area, or at breakfast. We only ordered breakfast from the menu and it was very varied and without any mistakes. We also got a free cable car trip to Chopok for the accommodation and every day we had wellness available (and included in the price of the stay) (which was exactly what we wanted).

(12/05/2016)Perfect! Very pleasant, cozy environment. The staff is very helpful, smiling and will do whatever you want. The kitchen is perfect, I haven't eaten better in Slovakia yet - hats off. I highly recommend it even to demanding customers.
